For safety reasons, the organization reserves the right to cancel or postpone any sailing trip if weather conditions are deemed unsuitable for recreational sailing. Adverse weather conditions include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Sustained winds exceeding 25 knots (approximately 46 km/h).
- Significant waves exceeding 1.5 meters or rough seas according to the Douglas scale.
- Thunderstorms, heavy rain, or reduced visibility (less than 1 nautical mile).
- Issuance of official weather warnings (yellow, orange, or red level) by national meteorological services or maritime authorities.
In the event of cancellation due to any of these circumstances, the client will be offered the possibility of:
- Reschedule the activity for another available date.
- Receive a voucher equivalent to the amount paid, valid for 12 months.
- Request a full refund if none of the above options are viable or acceptable to the customer.
The safety of participants and crew is our top priority. Thank you for your understanding.

Reservations
To confirm a reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total charter price is required (extra expenses are not included in this calculation).
The remaining balance (70%) must be paid at least 30 days prior to the departure date.
Cancellations by the Client
More than 60 days before departure: 90% refund of the total amount (10% retained for administrative costs).
Between 30 and 59 days before departure: 50% refund of the total amount.
Less than 30 days before departure: no refund will be issued, unless the boat can be rebooked for the same dates.
Date Changes
Date changes are subject to availability.
If requested more than 30 days in advance, they may be made without penalty.
If requested less than 30 days in advance, a 10% administration fee of the charter value will apply.
Cancellations Due to Weather Conditions
If weather conditions prevent safe navigation, the following will be offered:
- A rescheduled date at no additional cost, or
- A partial or full refund, depending on the time spent on board.
The final decision regarding navigation safety rests with the captain.
Cancellations Due to Force Majeure
In the event of technical failure, inability to operate the vessel, or causes beyond the client’s control, the following will be offered:
- An alternative vessel of similar characteristics, or
- A full refund of the amount paid.
